1. Membership Overview
By joining Fly B.E.K.A members agree to the following terms and conditions. Membership is open to individuals aged 21 and older who appreciate the cigar lifestyle and seek access to exclusive benefits, events, and promotions.
2. Membership Fees & Duration
- The annual membership fee is $120 per year and is non-refundable.
- Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of registration.
- Renewals must be completed before the expiration date to maintain uninterrupted benefits.

As a Fly B.E.K.A member, you will receive:

- Members will be granted access to exclusive Fly B.E.K.A events, including cigar tastings, networking events, and social gatherings.
- Event details will be published on our website and social media channels.
- Discounted rates may apply for certain events and tradeshows.
2. Retail & Lounge Discounts
- Enjoy 10% off cigars at participating retailers and lounges.
- Special discounted membership rates at select partner lounges.
- A full list of participating locations will be updated regularly.
3. Fly B.E.K.A Merchandise & Gift Set
- New members will receive a one-time exclusive Fly B.E.K.A gift set upon joining.
- Access to Fly B.E.K.A branded merchandise at discounted prices.
4. Tradeshows & Industry Events
- Members can participate in Fly B.E.K.A trade shows at special rates.
- Discounts on entry fees for select cigar expos and tradeshows.
5. Sample Cigar
- Members will receive exclusive sample cigar throughout the year.
- Sample availability is subject to stock and distributor partnerships.
4. Membership Responsibilities
- Members must abide by all local, state, and federal laws regarding tobacco use.
- Memberships are non-transferable and intended for personal use only.
- Members agree to maintain respect and decorum in all Fly B.E.K.A-affiliated spaces, including online forums and events.
- The Association reserves the right to revoke membership for violations of these terms or any misconduct.
5. Changes to Terms & Benefits
Fly B.E.K.A reserves the right to modify, add, or discontinue membership benefits at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or website updates.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Fly B.E.K.A is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged products, nor for any health-related issues associated with cigar smoking. Members accept personal responsibility for their participation in events and cigar use.
